Ori Studio Rules
I. Introduction
These regulations define the terms for providing our services aimed at improving physical well-being (hereinafter: "Regulations").
Under these Regulations, we provide the following services: a. Massage b. Physical activity classes c. Face yoga d. Acupuncture (hereinafter: "Services")
The current offer of our Services, along with descriptions, is available in our studio, on our website, and on the Booksy platform referred to in point III section 2 of these Regulations.
Please read our Regulations carefully. Acceptance of the Regulations is a condition for using our Services. Booking an appointment means you accept the provisions of the Regulations. We may also ask you to confirm that you have read the Regulations during the booking process.
II. General Provisions
Services are provided by Laura Mielczarek-Rosik, operating under the business name ori studio warsaw laura mielczarek-rosik, with a registered office at ul. Mokotowska 52, 00-543 Warsaw, NIP: 7011212577, REGON: 529096335.
We provide our Services on weekdays from Monday to Sunday, between 8 AM and 10 PM, by prior appointment.
Services are provided on-site at our studio located at ul. Mokotowska 52, 00-543 Warsaw (hereinafter: "Studio").
Our Clients must be adults. In the case of minors, Services may only be used with the express consent of their legal guardian. We may request proof of such consent and may refuse to provide Services without it.
III. Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy
Booking an appointment is required to use our Services. All Services are available during the booked visit.
You can book an appointment using the external online booking tool Booksy via their app or website (hereinafter: "Booksy platform"), owned by Booksy International Sp. z o.o., ul. Prosta 67, 28th floor, 00-838 Warsaw, KRS: 0000515914, NIP: 9512381607 (hereinafter: "Booksy"). Full Booksy terms: https://booksy.com/pl-pl/p/terms.
In exceptional cases, bookings can be made directly by phone or email. Contact details are provided in point XVI.
Before booking, please review our service offer and these Regulations, including any contraindications.
Bookings can generally be made at any time through the Booksy platform, excluding technical downtime announced by Booksy. We have no control over Booksy’s availability.
We may require a deposit as a safeguard against cancellations or late rescheduling, and no-shows ("Deposit").
Deposit details, including the amount, will be provided during the booking process. Deposit terms are covered in these Regulations.
Any rescheduling or cancellations made via Booksy must be done through the Booksy platform.
You may cancel or reschedule your visit no later than 24 hours before your appointment without any penalties.
If: a. You fail to show up, b. You cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, c. You reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, d. You arrive more than half the duration of the Service late and we refuse to provide the Service,
—we reserve the right to retain the Deposit.
We reserve the right to cancel your appointment at any time and will notify you accordingly, including through the Booksy platform.
IV. Appointment Confirmation and Late Arrivals
To ensure the highest quality and timeliness of Services, please arrive about 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for preparation or form completion.
We may ask you to present your booking confirmation.
If you're up to ¼ of the Service time late, the Service duration may be shortened accordingly, and we retain full payment rights.
If you're more than ¼ but less than ½ late, we may still provide the Service for the remaining time, and we retain full payment rights.
If you're more than ½ late, we may refuse to provide the Service and retain the Deposit.
If delays are our fault, the Service will not be shortened.
V. General Visit Preparation
No special preparation is needed for our Services, but: a. Do not consume alcohol before your visit, b. Eat your last meal at least 1.5 hours prior, c. Avoid using self-tanner 24 hours before your visit (especially for massage, acupuncture, or face yoga).
Before starting the Service, we will inform you about the procedure and any contraindications.
VI. Specific Visit Preparation
Depending on the Service, we may conduct an interview or ask you to fill out a health questionnaire.
Please complete the questionnaire truthfully. It will include contraindications, data processing consent (including health data), and your declaration of no contraindications and Service consent.
Completing and signing the questionnaire is required for the Service.
If we identify contraindications during the interview or from the questionnaire, we may refuse to perform the Service.
We may request updates to your health information during future visits. Please notify us of any changes.
VII. Massage
Our massages combine relaxation and therapeutic techniques tailored to your needs. The therapist uses various methods like stroking and pressure to relieve tension, pain, and support muscle recovery.
Massage is for relaxation and wellness only, not medical treatment.

Massage duration: 30 to 120 minutes, depending on the type.
Performed by qualified staff.
You may receive a massage only if you have no contraindications as stated above.
Please inform your therapist immediately if you feel discomfort, unwell, or experience pain.
If you're pregnant and want a prenatal massage, consult your doctor first. We will inform you of any risks. The decision to proceed is yours.
VIII. Physical Activity Classes
These include: a. Myofascial exercises – improve flexibility, reduce tension and pain, aid recovery, and increase range of motion. b. Pilates – strengthens muscles, improves balance and flexibility, focuses on core stability.
Classes may be individual or in pairs, depending on the type.
Contraindications: chronic illnesses, serious injuries.
Duration: 75 minutes.
Inform your instructor of any physical ailments or health issues.
Do not exercise without the instructor or proper supervision.
Wear proper sports attire: comfortable, flexible, and fitted.
You are financially responsible for damage caused to studio property, especially equipment and locker room facilities.
Immediately notify your instructor of any discomfort, pain, or health issues during the class.
IX. Face Yoga
Face yoga involves exercises that engage the muscles of the face, neck, and décolleté to improve tone, elasticity, and appearance.
Contraindications: skin infections, eye conditions, TMJ disorders, facial joint pain, nerve damage, severe headaches, migraines, lymphatic issues.
Duration: 90 minutes.
You may participate only if you have no contraindications as stated above.
Please notify the practitioner of any discomfort or health issues during the session.
X. Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body.
Performed by qualified staff.
Contraindications: hemophilia, thrombocytopathy, blood-thinning medications, pregnancy, active skin infections, psychosis, severe heart failure, unstable coronary artery disease, arrhythmia, high blood pressure, autoimmune disease, weakened immune system (e.g., HIV/AIDS), scars, large tattoos, burns or skin damage in treated areas.
Duration: 90 to 105 minutes.
You may receive acupuncture only if you have no contraindications as stated above.
Please inform the practitioner immediately if you feel unwell or experience discomfort or pain.
XI. Payments
Service prices are available in our studio, on our website, and on the Booksy platform.
We accept: a. Cash in the studio, b. Card payments in the studio, c. BLIK in the studio, d. Deposit payments through Booksy.
Payment is due immediately after the Service is completed.
XII. Complaints
You may submit a complaint if the Service was not performed properly or in accordance with these Regulations.

Please include: a. The Service in question, b. The date of Service, c. A description of the issue, d. Your request (e.g., refund or redo the Service).
We will respond within 14 days of receiving your complaint.
Our response may: a. Accept your complaint – explicitly or implicitly (no reply within 14 days means acceptance), b. Reject your complaint.
You will receive our response in writing or via email.
XIII. Our Responsibility
We provide our Services according to the Regulations.
We are not responsible for complications due to false or incomplete health information or if contraindications are not disclosed.
We are not liable for failure to follow our instructions during or after the Service.
We are not responsible for Booksy platform issues.
We may refuse to provide Services if contraindications are present.
We are not liable for unattended personal items lost or damaged at the studio unless due to our fault.
XIV. Personal Data Protection
Our personal data processing rules are available in our privacy notice in the studio.
XV. Studio Rules
Smoking, alcohol, and drug use are strictly prohibited in the studio.
We reserve the right to refuse service and ask you to leave if you appear intoxicated, behave aggressively, or violate social norms and good manners.
We aim to create a calm, safe space. Please avoid loud conversations and silence your phone.
Please follow staff instructions.
Video surveillance is used for safety and property protection.

XVII. Changes to the Regulations
We reserve the right to amend the Regulations.
Changes will be published in the studio, on the Booksy platform, and on www.oristudio.pl.
You can view previous versions in the studio.
Any matters not covered by these Regulations are subject to applicable law.
These Regulations come into effect on December 16, 2024.
